Description of Issue

  1. My Roon Nucleus – connected by ethernet to my home – runs to a switch that is also connected to my Bluesound Node 2i (which plays flawlessly, Qobuz to my amplifier and speakers in my TV room and the listening room at the same time). (I have two Nodes “talking” to each other.). I used to be able to play my Roon Nucleus instead through this setup. It now no longer plays ANYTHING, even though it seems to be sending a signal through it, looks like it is playing. Nothing. No sound.

  2. Roon Arc can’t work anymore either; troubleshooting info follows:

{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“69.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}
}

Trying to figure out where this all went wrong.

Help?

The problem of not getting any sound out of Roon Nucleus seems to have been solved by adding the right fixed group from Bluesound.

The problem of not recognizing ARC listening port persists. Please advise?

Never mind; that seems to have fixed, too. Mark this closed?
