Skipping NEXT/REW is super slow

Using Roon Server on a Mac pro Big Sur. Ropieee is the endpoint. Skipping/Previous on Roon IOS apps takes like forever, sometimes MORE than 30 second before the next/previous song plays. Same all files are local and redbook.

Any ideas folks ?
