I’ve been having the same problem.
System set-up:
HiFi system wired to Orbi satellite;
Sonictransporter i9 running Roon Core;
HQPlayer embedded (DSD 128);
ultraRendu in NAA mode.
It happens now and then. Until I came across this thread, it had not occurred to me that it might have to do with the 1.7 upgrade.
(Maybe it’s a feature not a bug? Has it learned my taste in music and is just skipping the boring bits?)

When was the last time you experienced this issue?
How often are you seeing it occur?
Is this happening with just TIDAL or Qobuz or do you see it with local tracks too?
Do you receive any error messages?

Yesterday, maybe.

A few times a day I suppose.
Is this happening with just TIDAL or Qobuz or do you see it with local tracks too?
I see it with Tidal (Roon Radio); haven’t played local tracks lately.
No error messages.

Thanks for the update, @Tom_K .
If you see these skips return, it would be good to know if there is any improvement if you temporarily lower the TIDAL streaming quality settings in Roon.
