Still unable to access Tidal or Qobuz via Roon but LMS and direct is ok

@support How is it that you claim the server issues were resolved yesterday but today it still doesn’t work??

I got fed up and installed LMS which has been working well with both Tidal & Qobuz but your product is utterly unreliable. I’m currently using Qobuz with LMS absolutely fine!

How do I arrange a refund as this clearly doesn’t work.
