Backing up USB drive on ROCK to NAS

I am keeping my music on an USB drive attached to a NUC running ROCK. Now I would like to backup this USB drive to a Synology NAS. On the NAS I have only found settings to backup the NAS to a network location, but not the other way around. How do I best do this, preferably using rsync, so I have the exact identical directory structure on the USB disk and on the NAS (If the USB disk should fail, I would like to be able to simply point ROCK to the NAS).

Keep two copies of my music files in sync

Hi, I am running a NUC i7 with ROCK and 2TB of internal disk. Rather than just having a back-up of my Music DB which I restore in the event of a failure I would like to have a second copy on a NAS. Is there any way I can set this up so that I download or rip new music to the ROCK and then it automatically copies to the NAS so that the two versions stay in sync? Happy to accept some time delay in terms of the NAS being updated.

Roon OS and Nucleus Internal Storage backup

So I have my music library on the internal 1TB SSD inside my new Nucleus. The library is also my iTunes library, so that when I burn a CD on My Mac it gets added to the Nucleus, and can also be accesses by Roon software on my Mac, iPhone and iPad. All works great. The Nucleus is networked to my Router. I now want to back up the Roon Core software and the music on the Internal Nucleus storage using an external USB 3 drive. How do I initiate a back up?
