This is the third time I have reported my problem

…and “Support” has been worse than useless. Roon has never consistently worked properly and I have never found any help whatsoever in correcting the problem. I am really, really pissed. Roon refuses to identify my Mytek Brooklyn as a connected device. My computer (Mac Mini) recognizes it, Tidal recognized it and Qobuz recognizes it. I used to shut down Roon and restart it and usually it would recognize it, but sometimes I had to repeat this. A couple weeks ago it stopped recognizing it altogether. A couple days ago it started recognizing it again a couple times. Now it won’t. I’m really fucking tired of the tech runaround wasting my time. FIX THIS OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
