Hi @Kent_Sifford,

Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in Roon?

Since experiencing this issue have you tried rebooting your Core machine?

Don’t know how to reboot my Core machine. Is my Lumin D2 the Core machine ?? I also do not know how to add a screen shot to this chat ??

Lumin does not run Roon Core.

Where did you install Roon? If you installed it on a computer, that computer is the Roon Core.

Hi @Kent_Sifford,

As @wklie mentioned, your Lumin is not a Core, the Roon Core is typically a PC that has the Roon app installed on it or a dedicated music server machine.

To post screenshots, you can use the instructions located in the link @dylan posted above, here they are again: Screenshot Instructions (<-Click-able link).

Are the same playlists play-able in the TIDAL Web Browser (listen.tidal.com)?
