Tidal and Qobuz - Will not play tracks

Hi We can’t play either Qobuz or Tidal on Roon via our Nucleus+ or via our NAS drive Roon Core even though we are logged in successfully to both services. Can you help? We have reinstalled the firmware and rebooted the Nucleus+
