TIDAL artists not in Roon

I find that entire artists such as Blondie or Boston are easily accessible on Tidal but not on a Tidal in Roon. Is there any fix for this issue?

I took a look into this, and both Blondie and Boston appear to be correctly accessible in Roon. So we can better assist you, please provide the following details:

  • What region is your TIDAL account for?
  • When you try to search for these artists, what do you see (please include a screenshot)
  • Do you have content from these artists already in your TIDAL favorites?
