Generally speaking, when you experience issues with playing TIDAL content, it is a good toubleshooting step to clear the TIDAL cache. To do so please follow these instructions:

Shutdown your Roon App

Navigate to
/Library/Roon/Cache

Move the contents of the
/Cache
folder elsewhere, like your desktop -
Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal in Roon Settings → Services → Edit Button next to TIDAL → Sync Library Now.
