We’ve been working on this for most of the past week. Unfortunately, we still have not been able to reproduce the issue, even once, regardless of account, location, streaming quality, etc. We’ve tried a lot of stuff.
We can definitely see some patterns. About half of the affected people are in Canada, most of them in Quebec, and about 95% are running Windows. Both of those are statistically significant and unexpected, which may help to narrow this d…
