Is there a working fix for this? I’m having the same problem.
Created a playlist in Tidal at 22.00 yesterday - at 07.00 this morning it still hasn’t shown in My Stuff/ Playlists
I’ve tried Syncing via settings and Tidal page, and editing playlist in Tidal

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Can you please share a screenshot of the TIDAL playlist in the TIDAL app and a screenshot of where it is missing in the Roon app? Have you confirmed that you are using the same TIDAL account in both apps?
It turned up after a couple days - my setup hadn’t changed
