Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Can you please share a screenshot of the TIDAL playlist in the TIDAL app and a screenshot of where it is missing in the Roon app? Have you confirmed that you are using the same TIDAL account in both apps?
