TIDAL Sync Issues With ROCK

I have the same problem as MAK1975. I use a PrimeMini 4 with i7 and ROCK. My Server is a Naim UnitiServe and my audio device is a Naim NDX 2. Everything is hardwired over a Cisco 2960L switch.

Also restarting the Core is a way to solve the sync problems. Logging out and in TIDAL is the other way.

I do not believe the problem is produced by TIDAL. When I restart the Core everything works fine again. Then I do not have to log out and in again. I think it is caused by the latest update of roon.

Can you please try clearing out your TIDAL cache to see if this helps?

  • Stop RoonServer from running via the ROCK Web UI
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting RoonServer via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs

Hi,
after stopping the Core I have removed the content of the RoonServer\Cache. Then I started the Core again and everything runs perfectly. The question is how long. I will observe it.
