Tidal Writes: Network error, check you internet

I can not connect to the Tidal service. Writes: Network error, check you internet. Tried to restart the computer, cleaned the cache Roon, Retart router. Problem still exists. I ask Help from you. Mac OS High Sierra

Moving forward, may I very kindly ask you to please provide a brief but accurate description of your current setup using this link as a guide so we have a better idea as to what gear you are working with.

Furthermore, may I kindly ask you to verify for me if you have any active firewalls or antivirus applications running anywhere in your setup. If you do indeed have active firewalls or antivirus applications running , may I kindly ask you to please temporarily disable these functions and verify what the experience is like with TIDAL + Roon.
