Toggling "Accept connections from remote" to connect android phone

I’m using Pixel 3aXL and ROON (1.7 build 610 64bit) on Windows 10 and I can connect only once at my ROON Core. After I need to toggle the"Accept connections from remote" on my core in order to be able to connect again.
