Tracks skipping after a few seconds when playing from Qobuz

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing skipped tracks after a few seconds of playback when you’re in Qobuz.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating. This information is critical to tracking down the root of your problem.

A few additional questions that will help provide more detail:

  • Does this playback issue occur on all of your endpoints or only certain endpoints?

  • When you play to system output does this still happen?

  • If you go into Setting>Services>Qobuz>Streaming Quality and lower it to the lowest setting do these skips still occur?
