Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating. This information is critical to tracking down the root of your problem.
A few additional questions that will help provide more detail:

Does this playback issue occur on all of your endpoints or only certain endpoints?

When you play to system output does this still happen?

If you go into Setting>Services>Qobuz>Streaming Quality and lower it to the lowest setting do these skips still occur?
