Here is the latest from Innuos
It doesn’t seem to be an Innuos issue. Rather a Roon/MacOS issue…
Hi Rob,
We usually suggest for users who prefer Roon that they run their Innuos servers as their Roon core for performance and stability reasons.
I would suggest checking the relevant network settings are correct on your Mac, I can see from a search online Mac Seqoia has various issues at the moment affecting Roon users - Continued issues with Roon running on Mac SequoiaCan you send me a screen recording of your process adding the Innuos to your Roon library. I’ve switched my system to a roon bridge and tested this just now on my Windows machine as the core.
I would also suggest posting about this issue over on the Roon forum too as you mention you can connect to the Innuos on everything other than Roon. They can at least note if its a specific issue to them. Roon connects via SMB like we do in Sense, our system automatically cycles through SMB versions, starting from the most recent to ensure the best compatibility.
