Windows 11 File Explorer no longer recognizes Nucleus+ server

Hi @Greg_Johnson , Glad to hear that you were able to connect via IP address. Yes, in this case, you will need to use \\Nucleusplus\ as the address, instead of just Nucleus. @Saturn94 - You will need to use the instructions @BlackJack linked. If you are still having issues after, please open a separate support thread or reach out to Salkstream support.

I’ll also try reaching out to Salk. Unfortunately, Salk closed up shop, so I don’t know if the owner will still provide support.
