I meant to post this in my support thread, but it is now closed.
I mentioned in the thread I sent an email to Jim Salk of Salksound even though the business closed some time ago. To Jim’s credit, he responded offering to help. As a matter of fact, he said he would continue to offer support as long as he’s around. Jim has always provided exceptional service, and the fact he offered to continue even though he is retired speaks volumes about his character.
So, a big shout out to Jim Salk!
