This happened today after applying todays update from app

Edit :writing_hand:
I was able to connect finally after shutting down my ROCK and manually disconnecting the NUC and restarting it again.

BTW Hong Kong doesn’t have any country firewall restrictions at this point.

Hi @Moy,

Thanks for taking the time to write in! Unfortunately, based on your status, and if no upstream services are reliable, you may need to try a different proxy service or VPN. Roon however isn’t equipped to provide guidance on how to bypass state firewall restrictions, but users have gathered useful anecdotes in threads like this: Is Roon banned in China?

I hope this may help as it falls outside the scope of support.
