Unable to control amp and access music library after recent issues (ref#YPRNTT)

Describe the issue

I cannot control the amp/music from the app. It was working perfectly and now I cannot control music, volume or what I want to listen to. Cannot access library artists etc. My radio settings have disappeared having spent ages setting them up…..is it normally this unreliable - I was really enjoying it but I might be better just using Innuos if this experience is typical. Have to say it was excellent until I can now do nothing with it.

Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. In addition to @Suedkiez’s question it would also be helpful if you can tell us the approximate date and time and/or the song playing when you were unable to control your amp anymore. That will allow us to find the event in our diagnostics in order to troubleshoot this issue.

Apologies for the delay in responding. Many thanks for your input. Very useful if not encouraging as the owner of an Innuous Zenoth mk 3.

It would have been around 4pm UK time on Saturday 24th. Hope that helps. FYI We got things moving again by loading the Roon app on my partner’s phone and everything immediately settled. Thanks fir checking in
