Describe the issue

for the past week I am unable to delete any tidal or qobuz tracks (albums) from my library. when I try and delete an album I get the modal window that says file not found however the album remains listed in my library. the album no longer plays after this so the files are not present but they continue to display in my library. I have restored from older backup, cleared cache files, rebuilt database and even setup a new ROCK and transferred over the install then did ALL those things again on that. Same issue. Tidal is permanently at syncing library now in services and has been for days. No issues in Tidal or Qobuz apps, in Audirvana (which I installed just for testing) or JPLAY.

Describe your network setup

Server is hardwired to 10G switch, Eero max 7 router with two mesh points. Server and all endpoint are wired. Setup has performed flawlessly until last week. No changes to network.

Same issue here with Qobuz! When I press play on the albums I tried to delete, Roon says “Too many failures. Stopping playback”

To further expand (and this may be expected), once I attempt to remove an album from Tidal or Qobuz (which always fails saying items not found), I can no longer play that album from the removed source, nor can I re-add to the library. I am “locked out” of that album.

The same thing happened just a few weeks ago and then got better but now seems to have returned. Apparently issues with sync to streaming services IIRC. For reference, one of the previous threads (there were others too)
