I'm having trouble with my Nucleus hardware

· The Nucleus boots up and I can connect to it in the Roon app without issue, but I have a question about configuration/storage/attached devices

Describe the issue

The Nucleus One shows up in the roon app
However I cannot move my license from old server to new Nucleus because the old server has died and is no longer online.

Just hit switch to nucleus One as license is per account not tied to a machine per se.

Did you keep good up to date backups on a separate storage device?

I have tried multiple times. It says switching, then restarting, and then nothing happens. It stays on the same page.

Thanks for the report! As a next step, could you please access the webUI of your new Nucleus, and perform a reboot of the machine?
