Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! Could you provide a bit more information on where in the backup process you’re running into issues?

Are you able to select and begin the restore process? Or, are you having trouble getting your Nucleus to recognize your backup location?

Our diagnostic servers show an active session on the affected unit in the last few days. Are we correct in assuming that you were able to restore this Backup since you first posted, or have you started a new database from scratch?
