Unable to start Roon on Windows 10 Surface due to compatibility error (ref#U0K5W4)

Describe the issue

I am running Roon on a Microsoft Surface, Windows 10, version 22H2 and since quite some time I am unable to start Roon on the device. I get a "Fatal error" notice saying "This device is not compatible with Roon 2.0..." Then there is a non-funcitoning URL to Roon Help.
The hardware requirements seems met and the Windows version also so don't understand it. I have now tried to reinstall Roon but receive the same error message.
Moreover I fail to easilly locate a support thread on this topic and would appreciate your help to get it going again.

Describe your network setup

Swisscom Internet-Box plus, router with WiFi and LAN. Manufacurer: Siligence SAS. Model: SGA4415W
Switch: Netgear ProSafe Plus G5105E

Check the Windows Compatibility Settings that are applied to roon.exe. There shouldn’t be any applied.
