Unable to login to Roon, after restarting router and Nucleus I’m promoted to input Roon user name and password, whereupon Roon black icon displays endlessly.
Are you sure you are using the exact correct email address you signed up for Roon with here?

Now I’ve received an error message “There was an issue loading your library”.
Have you rebooted everything , network included?
If not it could be the Nucleus system SSD on the way out ? Do you have the ability to connect a screen (HDMI) to the Nucleus , if it boots OK the SSD is not the issue
I re-booted again and everything seems fine.
Due to our power reliability issues , I am forced to re-boot often twice or 3 times a day. I never see any of the issues often reported .
I have come to the conclusion that re-booting , however it is percieved to be undesirable (?) is not a bad thing after all …
If all else fails - REBOOT 
Also noticed that today’s reboot seems to have fixed my ARC connection issue too
Today Roon seemed to be running slow, rebooted and now it’s been trying to connect for 20 minutes so far 
I hate to say it but it sounding hardware.
When you re-boot do you restart the network too ? My situation is odd in that I have to restart the entire system from a routine and regular power outage so everything is “clean” Modem, Routers etc
Did you get a chance to connect the Nucleus to a screen via HDMI , that will eliminate the SSD failure thought
ok, I’ve connected the Nucleus+ to a screen with HDMI.
I see 8 lines of text, manufacturer, model ect.
Does this indicate that the SSD is fine?
Yes you wouldn’t see that if the SSD was dead , it would just sit there blank.
So good news
Maybe try a full cold start , starting each component in turn starting at the modem , wait until each has started before moving on

Thanks Mike for the reassurance, Roon loaded after about 30 minutes. But when I searched for an album and tried to play it, it’s been stuck on loading artist forever again.
I noticed that last night Roon was fine but Tidal wasn’t logged in, after I logged into Tidal Roon became unusable.
What you could also try is to reinstall Roon OS using the Web Administration Interface…
