Updates cause library loss

Description of Issue

I’m going to stop doing software updates because it takes me a week to get Roon to see all my music again. I suddenly realise I’m only seeing the Tidal albums then I have to muck about restarting devices until it tells me it’s ‘adding music to library’ - process that takes hours and often hangs. I can write software more reliable than this!

This is clearly unexpected behaviour. If I were you I’d fill in the rest of the support template so that support have a bit more to go on.

Description of Issue

Software update regularly results in loss of local library (Melco N1) ‘Device not available’ or something like that. Have to restart everything - not sure which one solves the problem and the solution includes freshly importing all tracks.

Hey @John_Adam,

Ben with the support team here, thanks for your patience! I wanted to check in on the status of your issue, are you still running into issues with updates on your Nucleus?

I see you’re on the latest build at this point, and so this may be an issue that you only run into prior to/ during an update. If that’s the case, definitely feel free to tag me directly for any future issues at @benjamin

I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:

I risked the last update and there were no issues thanks
