Do other Roon Remotes connect properly and it is just the Android remote that is affected?
Can you please provide some more details regarding your network setup?

Do you by any chance have Open vSwitch turned on in Synology settings? This setting has caused similar behavior in the past.

I had the same problem… The way it worked for me was to provide the IP address directly to the app. You may try it!

Day 1, working fine with Samsung S10+ and stock Android rom.
Day 2, nothing has changed aside from a fresh Android 11 rom … could not find the core anymore.

Could not do further testing since I got annoyed and installed a custom rom (11) and it worked just fine after that.
