Volume control stuck on fixed for HIFI Rose with Roon (ref#9F9OXA)

· my HIFI rose with roon is unable to change the device volume and is stuck in fixed volume. other devices work fine
I have tried a reboot and only stopped working last week , tried everything on the rose

· No vpn , Ethernet connection

I have the same with Denon Home 150. Does your device have a way to change the volume directly, like buttons on the device or a remote? Changing it on the device fixes it for me in Roon as well (until the next server restart).

Thank you for your post.

Please reboot RoonServer and then perform a cold reboot of the Hifi Rose endpoint: power it down, wait thirty seconds, and then power it up and allow for a device discovery cycle to conclude within Roon (wait for the Zone to reappear in Settings → Audio).

Please also try manipulating any physical volume control on the unit itself.

We’ll watch for your response. As @Suedkiez mentioned, there are now at least three devices with these reports, so our team is aware and investigating.
