Another bottle from my late fathers cellar: Chateau Croizet Bages, Pauillac Grand Cru Classé 1975.
44-year old bottle but still very nice wine. Got the cork out in bits and pieces. It took time and effort but I managed to get it out without spilling bits of cork in the bottle.
Paired with Englabörn & Variations from the late Jóhann Jóhannsson and Vikingur Ólafsson.
