What is a reasonable time to get an answer from Roon support and a resolution to your problem?

Dears
I opened a support ticket in January 2022.

Answers have arrived after long time (measured in months). I have always got to bug the support community to get an answer.

So far, the topic has not been addressed, nor taken seriously.

I have a lifetime license which proves my commitment with this fantastic software. What do I need to do to get support in a reasonable ammount of time. Again, 15 months. Nothing.
