Update: Issues with our service provider have been resolved and image loading should be back to normal. We’re still seeing isolated reports of image loading issues and these should resolve as caches expire and images get re-fetched.
We are experiencing a widespread issue with one of the service providers which hosts image data for Roon clients and you may experience issues with artwork not loading or disappearing within Roon. Unfortunately, due to the way that image data is cached it may take up to 72 hours for affected images to reappear within Roon.
