Description of Issue

Dear Roon support
I have a Nucleus+ 4 Tb unit I purchased from the Roon labs website.Everything was good until a day ago. Now I get an “issue loading your library”. From the web UI I have restarted server software, reinstalled operating system, reset Roon database and settings and nothing works. I have also restored from two different backups using your method of stopping Roonserver renaming roonserver_old and reinstalling from back up. Nothing works. I need some help. Please respond..

I cannot get my roon software to access the roon library. I have updated software, reinstalled from backup, unplugged nucleus and plugged it back in. Have done everything on the nucleus web ui short of wiping my hard drive but it still says unable to access roon library. It was working fine day before yesterday. I need help all my music is stored on the nucleus (thousands of songs). I am using a mac mini to view roon application.

Please Help

@Bradford_Card, please do not post the same issue in multiple threads. Thank you.

Hey @Bradford_Card,

Following up on your thread, are you still running into library loading issues on the most recent Roon build?

If you’re still running into this issue, could you describe how your local library is connected to your Nucleus? Are you storing your library on the internal storage SSD in the Nucleus?

I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:
