Are you seeing any errors?

I have an Exogal Comet/ Ion system. I play Roon from a MacBook Pro. I cannot update the software and it gives me an error code. Should I delete everything and then simply download the new version? Also cannot update on my iPad either. All the problems have to do with the upgrade as the old version works fine.

Since this seems to be a major problem and Roon is taking its time to address it I would like to unsubscribe from the service. 1.8 is a flop and I can go elsewhere where the system functions.

Regarding the iPad, what happens when you try to update from the App store? Does it show an update available?
