Can see audio devices but not select them

Same thing for me after updating 1.8 on Windows. I can see the audio devices in settings, but I can’t select them. It just says “No audio devices found”. Ugh.

I’m not running Windows, but maybe this is helpful as I can reproduce this easily on my Mac mini.

I verified by changing my Energy savings/Computer sleep: on my Mac mini to 1 minute. As soon as it “went to sleep” I lost all audio devices. The “Wake for network access” is checked.

I cannot see anything (devices) at all

It seems to have fixed itself after I restarted my Roon core.
