Cannot log in to Roon: network error


I just bought the subscription, installed the software but when I try to type username and password I get network error: check your internet connection. My internet connection is working and I tried to disable firewall as well.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Lorenzo_Gulli – can you describe the basics of your setup, and the details of your network, as described here:

In particular, it would be good to know about your router, any other network hardware involved, how your Core machine connects to the internet, and whether there’s anything involved in your network like a web proxy, hardware firewall, campus internet, VPN, etc.
