Can't login to TIDAL today

I’m afraid I simply can’t log in to tidal as of today. Tried logging out and back in; changing password; clearing cache… nothing is working, I’m afraid.

Is there any change in behavior if you reboot your networking gear and Core?

Thanks for your email. It seems to have resolved itself now - I had tried rebooting and that hadn’t helped.

One slightly oddity - at least one album was streaming at low quality this morning - Haydn: Cello Concertos, Gautier Capucon (product code 0724354556050) - although I’m streaming another album at the usual quality. I’ll see how this goes.

Glad to hear that the issue resolved itself! Regarding the low-quality album, can you please verify if it was just that album impacted or if others are as well? Is the low-quality issue consistently reproducible?
