Disable crossfade on Live albums

I’ve been using ROON for a while now, and while it’s super great, there are a few things that are missing that I really would like to see.

1. Customizable sidepanel
   Being able to hide menu’s from the left side (Home, Genra, Live Radio etc). And being able to place bookmarks in there as well, rather than them being tucked away on the right, behind two clicks.

2. Disable Crossfade on albums, and songs marked as Live
   Crossfade is great, when it’s called for. When it’s there, and isn’t, it really ruins the experience. Especially when listening to live albums.

3. ROON iPhone app on ProMotion display
   The app feels incredibly clunky to use, on at least my iPhone with ProMotion display. Can’t tell for sure, but it feels like it’s scrolling at like ~45FPS or something.

Fully Customizable Sidebar

I’d like a fully customizable Sidebar, like the bookmarks bar in most web browsers. I’d like to be able to: Change the order Remove any of the items Rename any items, including headings Add and remove headings and dividers Drag pages that I use frequently into the Sidebar. For example: the Discover page, Tidal/Genres/Americana, or an Artist page. Add my most used Bookmarks to the Sidebar.

For point 2 - there was a somewhat similar request, no votes cast as yet.

Crossfading per track

Hi guys, first time here, so sorry if I ask a stupid question I love crossfading between songs. I love it when the transition is so smooth. But when you’re playing a live album for instance (like Bruce Springsteen - Live in Dublin) and you have crossfading set up, it sounds so stupid. You have the same with The Wall from Pink Floyd and so on. It sounds so bad you really have to turn of crossfading. But then…well you have to turn it on again when playing “normal” songs. Isn’t it …

For point 3 - this is more along the lines of Feedback to Roon Labs, rather than a feature suggestion. They read all posts in both the Feedback and Feedback > Feature Suggestions categories, so it will be noted.

Jerky scrolling in Roon Remote on iPhone 17 with iOS 26.0 [Ticket In]

Hi everyone, Our previous effort addressed edge cases and added logging, but we have yet to fully resolve the issue of 120FPS-capable iOS phones not locking to the optimal frame rate. You’ll likely notice that if you take a screen recording and then scroll within Roon, it’s much smoother. The phone is locking to 120FPS as expected while recording.
