Just added Dropbox as a backup location for my Roon DB. Takes the authorisation code OK, I can then go into the Dropbox folder structure and browse folders. I can even then click into my Roon folder and select it as the location for backup.
Then it tells me I have an invalid path even when the authorisation has been successful.
Hello @cmr600, and thanks for your report! Are you having issues performing local backups? Can you elaborate on your folder structure for backups via Dropbox? Thanks!

Hello @cmr600, could you please attempt a dropbox backup one more time and let me know when you do? I’d like to enable diagnostics for your account so I can gather a report for our QA team. Here’s what we’ll need:
Attempted dropbox backup
Timestamp (your local time) of when you try to make the backup
Details on your setup (this is necessary for me to submit the ticket)

I am having the same issue. Tried re-authorizing to Dropbox and a different path, but got the same error. Local backups run no problem. Could be a change in Dropbox’s API that needs updating in Roon?
