Unable to log in to roon after the update. I can’t log in after selecting an account. I can’t log in, but I’m being told to log in infinitely.

The same goes for the Mac Air, iPad iPhone.

Ever since I allowed updates this evening, I cannot log onto TIDAL. This is very frustrating.

hi after the latest update I'm not able to log into Tidal through roon. No issues accessing it via other methods (mobile app etc).

when I try to log in, it opens the web browser and logs in successfully then will just spin then say couldn't verify your account at this time.

I'm running roon on a rock a wavenet server.

Any ideas ?

Tangentially, but in a strange coincidence kind of way. Second one this week, actually. I’m not sure if I should be buying a lottery ticket or not leaving the house :joy:

Same here, after the update, I’m not able to log in to use Tidal services. I’m running Roon on a Synology DS3615xs. I rebootet the Synology, that didn’t help. Never had any problems so far for several years …
Is there a way to go back to the previous release?

my roon core is a merging power + player not linux btw admin…

i try and connect but it wont just goes back to login screen. The same thing is happening with me

Me too. Using an older sonictransporter running version 2.5 software and Roon server version 2.0 (1382). When trying to connect to Qobuz in Roon I get the below pic. All internet connections including using Qobuz.app work just fine.

I have the same problem with Tidal after upgrading yesterday evening.
Actually after rebooting the QNAP a few times it seems that my apps are no longer able to find the server anymore.

Makes me wonder if Roon has a QA team ? This is really bad!!!

Running the RoonServer app on QNAP here and no issue what so ever. Maybe you can give some more details about your issue (NAS model, QTS version, app date)?

Three problems after updating to 1382 :

  1. Search is not working. Get message: “Can’t connect to Roon Search”.
  2. Can’t login to Tidal from Roon. Login works on Tidal website.
  3. There is a message: “There was an error checking for an update.” I have restarted the server, but the problems remain.

The latest update just removed my Cambridge CXNV2. I’ve restarted everything. No luck.

Just a quick update. We have a good understanding of the root cause of this failure and are in the process of testing a fix in the coming hours. If all goes well we should be able to roll out details tomorrow.
