Internet Radio URL Swap Meet

I have worked out the URL for the BBC pop up Beatles station to celebrate 50 years off Abbey Road Studios AAC 48/24 325 kbs

http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/simulcast/hls/uk/sbr_high/ak/bbc_radio_two_beatles.m3u8

This used to be the Pop up country URL, I took a punt and replaced Country with Beatles.

Has anybody else lost of all of their saved radio station links this morning? I have none at all, BBC, Absolute, Jazz FM etc…

If the behavior is still the same after rebooting your Core / Network / Roon Remotes, can you please open up a support ticket?

Were the BBC stations Tune in Links? I lost all mine in Bluesound last night. Had to load URL’s manually. Roon was fine.

Following TuneIn Radios decision to remove BBC radio stations from its software, here are some links for re-adding BBC radio stations to Roon.

I suppose this may be another reason why Roon didn’t want links to radios stations via Tune-In within the upcoming new Internet Radio Directory function.

PS - Hope the new version update is out soon, really can’t wait for a better Internet Radio option within Roon.

I’m having trouble connecting to France Musique and wonder if Anybody knows the correct URLs?

The two channels I want in my iMac/Moon/Roon system are first

La Contemporaine, that is supposed to have this URL which is not accepted by Roon:

http://chai5she.lb.vip.cdn.dvmr.fr/francemusiquelacontemporaine-hifi.mp3

And this URL for Ocora Musiques du Monde neither:

I was able to add the URLs below to Roon

La Contemporaine

When I add using this link or the URL from the WNCW site I can add the station fine but it simply will not play. I click the play button and there is the usual hesitation and then the play button reappears. Anyone have any ideas why this constantly happens?

It’s from the new Roon Radio directory that is being compiled for the next release - I can’t claim to have found it myself!

PS - that link you quote from myself was a post from Feb’ 2018, so things have moved along since then, and hopefully when the new version is introduced from Roon will include the upcoming new beaut Internet Radio Directory.

I have this same problem with ICI Musique in Montreal. It is shown as a station, with some metadata, among my stations but never plays.
