I guess you may have to contact Merging. They certainly took enough of your money to let them keep their device updated and help you with the resulting issues if they don’t. Point them to the Roon Labs posts that I linked further up.

Or wait for Roon Labs support to enter this thread - they said in the above linked posts that they would work with affected users.
