90% of the time i try and play through Roon it skips through all the tracks in the album in 10 seconds and I don’t here any audio
This kind of behavior ususally means Roon is not properly finding your DAC.
If you can describe your setup as outlined in this below than maybe someone can help you get to the bottom of this.

Just literally got everything working perfectly. I think the issues was that Tiday was still running in the background and causing control and interference issues. I deleted Tidal and tried set up again and all is good.
Also reinstalled Tidal and all still good.
