I do have the same problems since the last update. I need to login via Tidal in browsers each time I restart or open my core.

Also, can you please let me know the exact local time + date you see this message next? I would like to enable diagnostics mode and take a look at the logs from your Core once I have this info.

I use a IntelÂŽ Core⢠i5-2400s CPU @2.50GHz 2.50GHz (Windows 10 Pro). My internet connection is from Electronic Box (Canada). I use their own modem with a Asus AT-AC68U, but the computer is wired with an ethernet cable. The PC is connect to Hegel HD25 Dac and to Hegel H160 amp. My wife open the PC between 5h45 and 6h15 this morning (30 aprils, UTCâ05:00). She couldnât used Roon since she didnât know how to connect Tidal.
I need to login Tidal each morning when I start the computer and sometimes I donât see the titles inside playlist, they seems empty but when I choose to play them anyway everythingâs works fine.

Thank you for letting me know that timestamp, it is appreciated! I have gone ahead and activated diagnostics mode for your Core, and what this action does is automatically upload a log set to our servers for analysis the next time your Core is online. Once this diagnostics report has been received, I will pass it on to the QA team for further analysis. I appreciate your patience while this occurs on our end!
I saw this for a few days but it seems to have resolved itself for the last 3 reboots ( daily)

I appreciate your patience while I have been discussing your case further with QA.
They have inquired as to how much time passes between starting Roon on the Core to seeing any TIDAL login error messages? Does it happen instantly? Takes a few seconds? A few minutes?
Can you please provide an additional timestamp of when it next occurs?

Thank you for your follow-up. I only have this problem when I open the computer. After that, it will work just fine until the next morning when I open the computer again.
It happens this morning, I think between 6h30 and 8h00 (donât remember exactly, sorry).

I have the same issue with roon core on windows 10. happens everytime i reboot my pc.
A lot of us are having this issue as well and it looks like the roon team has been investigating this for a couple weeks. I think itâs safe to say there will be a fix in the near future (I hope), as it is quite an annoying issue.
Itâs the same for me. The problem is still unsolved.

Yes, we are aware of this issue and have been investigating it for a bit of time. Thereâs an active ticket that the devs are currently working on, more news to follow, but we appreciate everyoneâs patience here while work is in progress!

Was there any improvement in behavior at all? Are you able to click on the âretryâ button and it goes through without having to open the browser window?
