I ordered a Nucleus One because I wanted a simple dedicated machine.
However, since I have received it a couple of days ago, it has been crashing at the slightest provocation, eg. When I start playback, it will play less than a minute and it will crash. As I can see in the web admin tool, it shows that the Roon Server is off or it will be that it is completely not found even using its address. I have tried switching LAN cables, unplugging the attached USB driver, etc and it still repeats this behavoiur.
Is this normal? I have also dropped a note to the online Roon Asia store. I have also reached out to the Roon AD in Singapore. Let’s see what happens.
You might try to re-install the OS from the web UI:
If this does not help you may want to start a support ticket from the support category in the forum with all the details requested (network devices, remotes, etc)
