I like Roon Radio for music discovery, but would love to have a choice to have it play an entire album rather than just one song. I don’t have it set to play songs in my library. I often add an album to Listen Later that I liked a song from, but I wish I could just hear the whole album in case Roon Radio chooses the “wrong” song from the album.
If you have the ability to run Roon Extension Manager, you can use the Random Album extension.
Also, there’s my extension that allows playback by album in random. This doesn’t need the Roon Extension Manager.
I didn’t know Roon had extensions. This doesn’t look like a normal install. I use Roon ROCK as my server on an Intel based Mini PC. I also only have Apple computers, so Windows or LINUX are out.
Then you can run DietPi VM to get extension manager going. The instructions were linked above. 3rd link I think.
