Describe the issue

Virtually all (99%) of my Qobuz library is now missing from Roon
I can, however, see ALL of my favourites if I access Qobuz directly and about a third of them are visible via the Qobuz / MY QOBUZ tab in Roon. However, only about 1% of them appear under Albums in MY LIBRARY. All very inconsistent and hence odd!

Describe your network setup

I have a Nucleus+ that is connected to my broadband router via an Audioquest Cinnamon ethernet cable and an English Electric Audiophile Ethernet Switch. I control the Nucleus+ using the Roon app on an iPad, iPhone or laptop (depending on what’s nearest to hand).

I have the same problem (all qobuz albums gone from library).

But additional problem: many local files now visible multiple times in my library. See screenshots below.
I was working on some of those albums: they are also available in qobuz, and I wanted to add the qobuz ones to my library, group them with the local file, and make the qobuz entry the primary. That worked (even adding the qobuz entry), but the actions left my library in a deplorable state with many duplicates.

First priority is get the qobuz albums back into my library please, with all the edits on them!

Edit, additional info. I have plenty of playlists that refer to qobuz tracks of albums that where previously in my library. Some are marked as unavailable, the others can be played. I see no logic in which tracks are unavailable, en which are not.

Same with me. It appears the software has changed and this change seems to be linked with the new option to list music for listening to later. From now on Qobuz favourites are not automatically shown in ‘My albums’. However, it is possible to make a change in ‘focus’ such that your Qobuz library is included in ‘data locations’ next to your ‘data disk’. (I had to translate the labels from Dutch, so it is possible that the precise names are different.) Next for each ‘old’ Qobuz favourite I had to choose between labelling them as a ‘read later’ or as one of ‘my albums’.

@ri.gochz , @Hans_Houweling - I’ve merged your posts into the existing thread. It’s a known issue and Roon Labs are working on it.

Roon suddenly only displaying only a fraction of my Qobuz albums!… logging out and back in to Qobuz and a reboot helped a bit but still around 90 percent of my albums (favourites) still missing… manual Qobuz sync doesn’t work… Library cleanup says thousands of files have been deleted!!!…can you help please?

Two days ago, all my favorites disappeared from Roon. They are all still in Qobuz. I’m not sufficiently computer-literate to further trouble-shoot. Please help. And when will this problem be resolved? I see many other Roon users have the same problem. Thank you.

Describe the issue

I am a Roon user for many years now and using as well the Qobuz integration. For years the Qobuz albums I used to add to my library used to show up under the My Albums section. But since couple of days they won't show up. I only see the albums which I have locally.

Describe your network setup

Roon server is running on Mac Mini connected via ethernet directly to my switch, itself connected to my internet box. Internet connection works fine, I can play Qobuz albums just fine, but for some reason albums just don't show up in My Albums section

I have the same issue. I have lost 100s of albums in my library. Down to 50 albums and 39 artists. I use quobuz and also can see them there. Must be a roon issue

worked fine yesterday . Only lost them all today

I guess this is a different known issue. If these are complete copies (not partial tracks in each) and both get selected if you select one, it is probably the Case One from here:

This is just a visual thing, i.e., not an actual duplication in the database. It goes away when rebooting but comes back, and it’s not always the same duplicated albums. A fix for this is upcoming:

Same issue as everyone has.
Everything Qobuz has been “cleaned up” by Roon which you can see in the settings.I will not delete cleaned up items to be on the safe side.
It happened after the ‘listen later’ update (Roon 2.0.46)

  • Rebooting server does not help.
  • Installing a backup works for a very short time and then you will see the library disappearing in front of you.
  • Playlists are untouched luckily.

Reading this thread is like banging one’s head against the wall!

However, this is a good detail. Might be a red herring, but might provide a clue…

If it happened to everyone right after the last update rolled out, yes, it would be easy to blame that update. But it’s been out for almost a week now. The Qobuz albums added to my library disappeared yesterday only and I’ve happily been using the Listen Later feature for days now.

I would take a wild guess that the API used to get your Qobuz favorite albums changed or started behaving differently.

This bug has been occasionally raising its ugly head for a long time (years?).

I agree and haven’t changed the build on Roon in a long time. It has been running fine which is why I did not update. However, I am hoping this will be fixed soon and I can go back to enjoying Roon and Qobuz together.

Same problem here. Lost all my Qobuz favorites in Roon. Guess no solution yet?
