I cannot use Roon this morning as all my Qobuz library has disappeared. It is showing on the Qobuz app still. My local library is not affected. Should I do a restore from Monday when it was working well?
This is a known issue that Roon is working on, widely reported already here. @AceRimmer probably should merge this with Qobuz albums missing from library but present in My Qobuz [Ticket In]. If you do a restore, the issue will return until Roon fixes it.

Describe the issue
From one day to another, my Qobuz library disappeared from my Roon library (on all devices)
Describe your network setup
Roon running on Intel Nuc i11, connected via LAN, switch to Internet. Connection possible, I can search (via Roon) in Qobuz.
Hi there! To create a new topic, please click “Get Help” below and enter your details in the form.
[Get Help With Roon: immediately after launching the Roon app on my Mac to access the Roon server library that was just booted (I don’t keep the Roon server running 24/7, I run it only when I play music), all the Qobuz albums were suddenly disappeared and only the local albums were available.
I restored a backup from 1 month ago: this temporarily restored the library that was saved at that time but while I was playing the first track from one of the library albums, the playback stopped saying that the album was deleted from library, and the whole Qobuz library was disappeared again; this is happened in less than a minute after the first playback was started.
Qobuz credentials are ok and I can access it without any problem.
Cleaning the library didn’t help, same issue. So I tried to restore again from my backup, and after the operation was completed I saved a new backup: this blocked the library status at that point, but the database seems corrupted as when I try to remove an album from Qobuz library it says that the tracks can’t be found , but I can play them.
The Roon server runs on a Windows 10 machine, double SSD , 1 for OS and Roon, the other for database, the computer runs also Fidelizer Pro.

This helps our team gather all the necessary information to solve your issue as quickly as possible. Thank you!
I have merged your post into the existing thread on this issue.
Please add me the list of people with Qobuz favourites missing, focus shows 305 but Qobuz app confirms 843.
I have rebooted Roon server, logged out of Qobuz from Roon & re-synced. I have been through this sequence a number of times without any success.
All (any) help would be welcome @support
I wonder if the “recent” streaming options are part of the problem?
As noted earlier I have same issue - about 1,000 no longer favorite- but still available if I search and make favorite again - what do you mean by “Qobuz app” - in Roon or external. Never had this problem before. Thanks
Qobuz App, not the Roon App…
Ditto - ten characters
The Streaming options are not “recent”, AFAIK. They’ve been there for a couple of years at least…
This seems to be a major problem affecting many of us, and it makes Roon virtually unusable as the library is empty of Qobuz albums, and all playlists and tags are unusable. Please can we have an update from Roon technical people to indicate what is happening with regard to resolution?
Also impacted by this…have tried the suggested workaround to no avail
Hey Geoff… basically it feels like most of the albums or tracks saved with Qobuz are still existing (ie; My Qobuz) and Roon is trying to figure out the way to reopen the floodgates. Have they provided any indication when they will have a fix? Thanks
There is a post late yesterday from Connor on the fix coming in a software update. Eta is still unknown.
Shows how long it is since I had to do a resync…
Hello, Facing the same issue with the entire qobuz library disapprearing post the update to build 1496. The library maintenance shows ‘clean up 5535 files’ but in qobuz app I have all the music intact.
Adding screenshots of the issue.
Further up this thread…
The roon team needs some time to implement and properly test the fix. Qobuz playback works so in the meantime we can all find a few albums in our Qobuz tab, add them to to the new listen later feature and use it temporarily to enjoy some music.
Suddenly this am, any playlists I’ve created on Roon no longer include songs I added from Qobuz. Only my own library. I’ve signed out and back in to all accounts and rebooted the Nucleus. Anyone else suddenly experiencing this issue?
