I’ve merged your post into the existing thread for this issue. Roon Labs are aware of it and a fix is being worked on.
Thank you very much! This seems to be similar. However, I have tried to force a manual sync of the Qobuz library and restarted the database without anything changing.
Hello,
I have the same problem since today . Complete library is gone. I am using Qobuz.
Please keep an eye on the thread that I linked to for updates from Roon Labs.
Just had something like this happen to me. Thankfully I had a recent backup so all restored now. Pretty much reverted me to several years ago - 1900 some albums versus my current 3200 (mix of 1/3rd local, 2/3rd Qobuz). Pretty disconcerting.
As of 21 January I have same issue - all Qobuz gone - there yesterday- using Titan eathernet.
Should add in Washington DC USA
This is not good enough. We need more update about what’s going on and an ETA for the fix. If this is caused by your latest update, you just need to bite the bullet and roll it back. We additionally demand compensation in the form of extending our subscription expiry by the number of days this issue has been hindering the use of the system.
Hi everyone,
The team are aware of the issue and the ticket has top priority. We assure you that you’ll see a post here as soon as we have a definitive timeline for release.
There’s no doubt this issue is frustrating for those affected and we recognize this will require some patience in the meantime. Note that restoring from Backups or other steps in Settings (like Clean Up Library) will not relieve symptoms. This does not affect the integrity of your Qobuz library outside Roon and the issue is isolated to the Qobuz storage mechanism with Roon’s library.
Please stand by and we’ll comment further shortly. Thank you again for your patience.
Dear colleagues.
This is a really funny behavior regarding the integration of Qobuz and Roon.
In the past, an album that was selected as a favorite in Qobuz was immediately displayed in the Roon album view.
For some time now, when I added a favorite inside the Qobuz App, I had to go to the Qobuz menu in Roon and explicitly select the Qobuz favorite albums as Roon favorites. Then they also appeared in the Roon album view. Thus, the integration of Qobuz favorites into Roon was weak.
Unfortunately, those albums disappeared a few days ago. That’s why I published my earlier post.
Just some minutes ago, I again explicitly made Qobuz favorites into Roon favorites. In fact, they also appeared in the Albums display.
I added another album that was not previously a Qobuz favorite to the Qobuz favorites via Roon. - This one appeared also in the albums view of Roon.
I removed another album that was previously a Qobuz favorite via Roon.
The result: the removed album is still included in the Roon view of Qobuz favorites, but no longer in the Qobuz App. The added albums have arrived in Qobuz and also in the album view of Roon.
That means: Integration from Roon to Qobuz seems to work, but not inside Roon regarding Album view and Qobuz favorite view.
Perhaps this observation may help you.

I created a ticket for this as well. I’m experiencing this issue running Roon on a Mac M2 Mini (Sequoia 15.2) with Roon build 1496. At first I thought the albums were lost and kept restoring from backup, then I found this topic and realized others were seeing the issue and, like the others, that all of the missing albums remained in My Qobuz. What I’ve seen each time I’ve restored is a near immediate and gradual drop of the artist, album, song, and composer counts at the top while the Roon Appliance is running constantly in the background on the server. Once all the Qobuz favorites have disappeared the count stabilizes. When I look under library clean-up all of them are listed as deleted items.
Having the same problem as Vince. Qobuz favorites library gone. It does show up under the Qobuz favorites, fortunately. I also went back to the database a few days before and did a restore, but the tracks gradually disappeared the same way. Hopefully the bug gets fixed. No problem with the locally owned library on the Synology drive, but the favorites from Qobuz is a lot more.
Yesterday a new development. All of a sudden +/- 50% of My Qobuz album was loaded to my Roon library. Since then no additional loads. But the 50% is usable as normal. So the issue is NOT solved.
Original message: “Qobuz do not integrate Favorits into Roon library since this afternoon. Qobuz is live; Roon lists Qobuz my favorite albums in My Qobuz but does not integrate them into my overall Roon Library as usually. This issue occurs since this afternoon”
+1
But it’s not the end of the world
Since yesterday I’m experiencing the same issue but with a relatively small library of about 900 albums. I lodged a ticket (should that have been confirmed as received?) and then found this thread tonight.
Roon server is running ROCK on a NUC8i7BEH connected directly to the DAC via ethernet. I thought I had caused the issue somehow and when it first happened did a restore from backup. This lasted for about 12 hours before it happened again. Another restore, but this time it lasted less than 3 hours. It definitely seems to be a Roon - Qobuz issue as my streaming DAC still has access to all my Qobuz albums. All the usual stuff has been tried. Multiple reboots of the server; Qobuz logon / logoff; manual resync of Qobuz.
